These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on our website (mekna.my). The products purchased on mekna.my are directly sold by House of Mekna Sdn Bhd. House of Mekna Sdn Bhd is a registered private limited company in Malaysia. Company Registration No: 202501041906 (1643315-H). WARRANTIES AND INDICATION OF PRODUCT PRICES

At mekna.my, we offer high-quality kaftans that are handmade by local craftsmen. Due to the nature of handcrafted products, there may be slight variations in color and minor imperfections. However, for major flaws (defective products), we are committed to working with our customers to resolve any issues.

Prices are subject to change. Please check the final sale price before completing your order. As a reminder, we do not accept returns or refunds on purchased items, except for defective products. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at rl@pahamintwins.com within 7 days of receipt.

AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be updated periodically to reflect changes in laws or regulations. The updated terms will be effective as of the date they are published on mekna.my.
